- Wash the zucchinis and cut them lengthwise (into 2 or 3 pieces depending on their size). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper, add the garlic and herbs, then brush with olive oil or drizzle a bit on each zucchini slice.
- Bake in the middle of the preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) with fan + grill setting for about 30 minutes or until they are nicely golden and tender (a knife tip should come out easily).
I love serving these zucchinis alongside baked sea bream or roasted sea bass.
