- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
- 2 level tablespoons herbes de Provence
- 80g (1 cup) breadcrumbs (or panko)
- Salt, pepper
- In a small food processor, blend together the garlic cloves, parsley, breadcrumbs, and herbes de Provence.
Tip
- These herbed breadcrumbs will keep for several days in an airtight container.
