For 4 servings (500ml / 2 cups)
- 4 kiwis
- 2 ripe bananas
- 400ml (1⅔ cups) almond milk (or other plant-based milk or coconut milk)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or maple syrup) if needed
- 5-6 fresh mint and/or basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream (optional)
- Place the bananas, cut into pieces, in a food-safe bag and freeze for one hour. Wash and peel the remaining fruit.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of almond milk depending on your desired consistency.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.

Tips and Variations
For a dairy version, you can replace the plant-based milk with regular milk.
For a more exotic flavor, add a bit more coconut cream and some mango.
