For 1 large bowl
- 2 tbsp mild mustard
- 1 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 6 to 8 tbsp neutral oil (sunflower)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or wine vinegar)
- 1 good handful of chopped fresh dill
- Salt, pepper
In a large bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle in the oil while whisking, as you would for a vinaigrette. Once well emulsified, stir in the chopped dill.
This honey mustard dill sauce pairs beautifully with all kinds of fish, gravlax salmon, steamed potatoes, or raw vegetables.
