Serves 4
- 400g (14 oz) strawberries
- 4 small peaches or nectarines (250g / 9 oz)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200ml (¾ cup) almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or agave syrup) if needed
- a few mint and/or basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream (optional)
- Place the bananas, cut into pieces, in a freezer bag and freeze for one hour. Wash and peel the remaining fruits.
- Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of almond milk depending on your desired consistency.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.

Tips and Variations
Feel free to vary the fruits and replace the strawberries with raspberries and the peaches with kiwi!
For a dairy version, you can replace the plant-based milk with regular milk.
For a more exotic flavor, you can add a bit more coconut cream and some mango.
