Strawberry, Peach, and Banana Smoothie with Almond Milk

Ingredients

    Serves 4

    • 400g (14 oz) strawberries
    • 4 small peaches or nectarines (250g / 9 oz)
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 200ml (¾ cup) almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
    • 1 tablespoon sugar (or agave syrup) if needed
    • a few mint and/or basil leaves
    • 3 tablespoons coconut cream (optional)
    1. Place the bananas, cut into pieces, in a freezer bag and freeze for one hour. Wash and peel the remaining fruits.
    2. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of almond milk depending on your desired consistency.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.

    Tips and Variations

    Feel free to vary the fruits and replace the strawberries with raspberries and the peaches with kiwi!

    For a dairy version, you can replace the plant-based milk with regular milk.

    For a more exotic flavor, you can add a bit more coconut cream and some mango.
