    Serves 4

    • 400 g (14 oz) strawberries
    • 4 small peaches or nectarines (250 g / 9 oz)
    • 2 fairly ripe bananas
    • 200 ml (¾ cup + 1 Tbsp) almond milk (or another plant-based milk)
    • 1 Tbsp sugar (or agave syrup) if needed
    • a few leaves of mint and/or basil
    • 3 Tbsp coconut cream (optional)
    1. Cut the bananas into chunks, put them in a food storage bag and freeze for one hour. Wash and peel the rest of the fruit.
    2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of almond milk depending on the consistency you want.

Serve right away or keep in the fridge for a few hours.

    Tips and variations

Feel free to switch up the fruit: swap the strawberries for raspberries and the peaches for kiwi!

For a dairy version, you can replace the plant-based milk with regular milk.

For a more tropical flavor, you can add a bit more coconut cream and some mango.
