- Makes 1 large bowl
- 3/4 cup tahini (70g)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (30g)
- 3/4 cup cold water (70g)
- 1 garlic clove, minced, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small hot green chili pepper, minced (optional)
- In a large bowl, mix together the lemon juice, tahini, water, garlic, green chili pepper, and salt.
Tahini sauce pairs well with many dishes. You can serve it with pita bread, roasted onions, or classic hummus.
